PA的DMV提供的Driver's Manual, 第2章，“You may turn right while the light is red, unless a NO TURN ON RED sign is posted at the intersection. You must first stop, check for and yield to pedestrians and other traffic.
You may also turn left after you stop at a red light, if you are in the left lane and are turning left from a
one-way street onto another one-way street, unless a sign tells you not to turn. You must first stop and
yield to pedestrians and other traffic. ”
费城没有整体的特别要求
IL的SOS提供的2014年的交通规则里第10章
"You may make a right turn at a red light. You also may make a left turn at a red light when turning from a one-way street onto another one-way street that has traffic moving to the left. In both instances, drivers must come to a complete stop and yield the right-of-way to oncoming traffic and pedestrians before turning."
芝加哥没有整体的特别要求
市官网上对于闯红灯照相的说明里：“Red-light cameras do not take pictures of vehicles legally turning right on red after a complete stop—as required by law...”
谁有兴趣的话可以去查这些条条对应的法律原文
“亲身体验”能说明“红灯左右都不能转”的有效例子不是：别人都不转，别人都说不能转
而是 你转了 但是被开了违反信号的罚单
相反 红灯能右转或者能左转的有效例子是 你得找出相关条文允许转
而不是 你转了没被开罚单 |
